Pre-programme individual assignment
To practice writing R code, exploring datasets, and running statistical models you will complete an assignment before we meet in October. Details for this pre-programme assignment can be found here.
Final project
At the end of the course, you will demonstrate your knowledge by working on a group assignment. Complete details for the final project will be made available here.
Final Exam
There will be a final exam that will cover
- Programming in R and the tidyverse (about a third of total marks)
- the core statistical tools of inferential statistics and linear models.
You will take the final exam online and even though you can take it anytime within a 24-hour window, this will be a timed, 3-hour exam. You can use any notes and readings and the Google, but you must take the exam on your own, and not talk to anyone about it.
